I joined Youth Odisha as a Marketing Intern in July 2024, driven by a passion for youth development and community building. During my early days, I strategized innovative marketing ideas, submitted detailed reports for upcoming events, and implemented a targeted campaign that increased our community base by 30%. I also played a key role in boosting our social media engagement from 450 to 800+ followers through creative content and outreach efforts.

Recognizing my contributions and leadership potential, I was promoted to Marketing Head, where I led a team of interns, coordinated national-level campaigns, and refined our branding and outreach strategies. I introduced scalable marketing systems, collaborated with event leads for youth education and career development programs, and helped establish a growing, like-minded community across Odisha colleges.

Despite the momentum and growth, I had to step down from my role due to personal and academic commitments. It was a difficult decision, but I remain proud of my tenure, grateful for the learnings, and committed to supporting the organization’s mission in any way I can in the future.
