At Neo Kinetic, I worked in a dynamic startup environment focused on deep industry and market research. My role revolved around conducting secondary research across diverse industry segments, collecting data to build prospect databases, and assisting senior analysts in generating actionable insights. I gained hands-on experience in understanding sectoral offerings, job role hierarchies, and using Excel for reporting and analysis. This internship sharpened my research acumen and analytical thinking while giving me exposure to real-world data-driven business growth strategies.

Despite the momentum and growth, I had to step down from my role due to personal and academic commitments. It was a difficult decision, but I remain proud of my tenure, grateful for the learnings, and committed to supporting the organization’s mission in any way I can in the future.
